I am a transfer student from Xavier University where I studied as a Pre Med student. Here at NKU I am studying as a Pre Nursing major. I have always known that I wanted to work in the medical field since I was 6 years old. I wanted to be a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon or a Pediatric Oncologist. I was very interested in genetics and also I was an athlete so sports injuries always sparked my interest in orthopedics. However, once starting college I realized how much more hands on nurses are, so I decided to change majors.
